A Well-Balanced Morning:
Group Circuit Training
Join Karen for a well-balanced morning workout that will consist of a cardio segment, strength training, core conditioning, and flexibility work. Get your day off to a healthy start with a safe, effective, and fun workout. Some may think of this as a ‘boot camp’, but I promise a friendly face and an encouraging environment.
Classes will be continually redesigned to meet the fitness goals of the participants, so the structure of each class will vary. Circuit training is easily adapted to suit a wide range of fitness levels, and pregnant and postnatal women can participate safely as well. Appropriate modifications will be given to individuals as necessary, making circuit training an inclusive, supportive way to gain strength, stamina, and functional fitness.

10 class pass (valid for six weeks), $75
20 class pass (valid for ten weeks), $120
