One-on-one personal training is the most effective way to achieve your fitness goals. Each new client needs a consultation to ensure the safety and efficacy of our programs before beginning personal training sessions. Using the exercise program developed from the consultation as a starting point, you will work with a Certified Personal Trainer to target areas or functional issues important to you.
If you are pregnant or in the postnatal period, exercising with a Certified Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist ensures a fitness plan that is safe and effective for your changing body. Appropriate modifications will be made throughout your pregnancy so that you may continue to enjoy the proven benefits of exercise for both mother and baby. Postnatal clients will work toward short- and long-term fitness goals and learn tips for keeping yourself functionally fit after delivery, as well as while breastfeeding and coping with the demands of your baby.
Balance Personal Fitness Training also utilizes an online program to deliver added-value exercise direction and motivation to personal training clients. Ideal for clients who travel, Balance Personal Fitness Training programs are accessible via the internet even when we cannot meet with you.
Because Balance comes to you for your workout, you have more time for other priorities.
$65 per hour
