Running Coaching
Using the experience gained from running marathons and coaching others to reach their distance-running goals, Balance can develop a training plan to help you achieve peak performance for your chosen race. Whether you are wishing you could complete a 5K or are trying to qualify for the Boston Marathon-- and any other race in between-- use the expertise of a life-long distance runner to help you get to the finish line.
Clients begin with a consultation (included in fee), and then meet with a Certified Personal Trainer for six one-hour running-focused workouts to gauge progress and revamp the training plan. Workout sessions are scheduled to accomodate your target race date.
For the duration of the training period, Balance will provide the client with tips, feedback, and motivation via email.
